August 12, 2026
November 10, 2026
Training/Testing: Both Designated Manager and Certified CDS Manager Testing will be help through Microsoft TEAMS Webinar (presentation, training session) and the test will be available via Microsoft FORMS. Both are free applications. For Teams you may run a temporary application. MMAC recommends that you download the Teams application as we are transitioning from WebEx to Teams and by having the application, you will access to the CHAT and recording from the meetings you were an attendee.
Both Teams and Forms are accessible from any device. You may attend and take the test from a desktop, laptop, Chromebook, tablet or phone.
Registration: Registration through Teams is required for each attendee prior to taking the test. Make sure that you use a valid email address specific to the person registering (more than one person cannot register with the same email). The next session will not be made available until after the current class has taken place.
The test is in open book format that will consist of 40 multiple choice and true/false questions. Open book materials can be found in the link below. Prior to taking the test, it is advisable for you to review all of the materials. You will be allowed 3 hours to take the test. A score of 80% or more is required to pass. When you are done and submit your test, you will NOT be able to go back and review or change any answers. You will be notified by mail within 2 weeks of taking the test if you passed or failed. If you do not pass the test, you can retake the test on any of the prescheduled test dates.
