Provider Update Meetings

All HCBS providers are welcome to attend the Provider Update Meeting. However, if you are a Designated Manager for in-home services and a certified CDS Manager for consumer directed services, you are required to attend one of these sessions each year in order to maintain your designated manager certification. Failure to attend an update meeting will invalidate your certification. To become certified again, you must pass the test again.

OCTOBER 22 & 23, 2025

MMAC will host this Provider Update Meeting online through WebEx Webinar.  Sessions are from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

Registration

  • Pre-registration is required. If you do not pre-register, you will not be able to attend.
  • The online registration form must be filled out accurately & completely (verify all spelling).
  • Make sure that you use a valid email address specific to the person registering. Each person must register using a unique email address.

Multiple people cannot register with the same email address.

  • The email address used to register is the one that will receive ALL email reminders about the meeting.
  • After your registration is confirmed, click DONE button.
  • Once you have registered you will receive an email immediately to the email address that you registered with “to add this meeting to your calendar”. YOU MUST ACCEPT this email notification to have the link to JOIN added to your calendar (click on green checkmark at top of page).  If you lose the email with the link, you will still have it on your calendar. 

 If you do not receive your confirmation email immediately, please check your Junk/Spam folders since the APPROVED registration is an automated response from messenger@webex.com and some email providers may think it is junk/spam mail. Contact MMAC if you do not receive the email the day you register and we will do our best to assist you.  Do not contact MMAC the morning of the event stating that you do not have the link and that we are to send it to you.  Unfortunately, we can’t resend you a link as it comes directly from WebEx and not MMAC.

  • If you don’t have a WebEx account set up or the app downloaded – the system will prompt you.   • If you have not used WebEx, please familiarize yourself with it prior to attending the meeting.
  • YOU CANNOT JOIN THE MEETING without the email which has the JOIN NOW button.
  • Call-In Users (joining by phone only; not logged into the virtual room) will NOT receive credit for attendance.
  • NOTE: MMAC has noticed that some email carriers are blocking autogenerated emails from WebEx.  If you utilize one of the following carriers, you may want to utilize a different email address for these meetings; email carriers that end in “att.net” “sbcglobal.net” and “prodigy.net”.

 You must attend the date you registered in order to receive proof of attendance for Designated Manager compliance.
