Missouri has two distinct fraud hotlines:
- MMAC Fraud Hotline – Medicaid Provider Fraud

- Welfare Investigation Unit (WIU) Fraud Hotline – Public Assistance Participant Fraud
- Use this hotline to report concerns about individuals misrepresenting information to obtain public assistance benefits.
